Kate combines her personal lived experience of mental health issues, her role as a Mental Health First England Instructor, and her educational background to deliver relatable high-quality training with a difference.

Her book, A Guide to Mental Health for Early Years Educators, amplifies the voices of educators to highlight the true meaning of wellbeing.
