Meet the speakers:

Olivia Kirkby

Early Years Educational Consultant 
With over 15 years’ experience in the Early Years Sector, Olivia’s passion and experiences includes providing outstanding care for children as well as teaching and training practitioners as an Early Years Assessor. As Educational Consultant at TTS, Olivia is passionate about further supporting the incredible people working within the Early Years sector. 

Michelle Reid 

Early Years Content Editor
Michelle has been in education for over 20 years’ before joining TTS as Early Years Content Editor. She started her early career as an Early Years Practitioner working in a private day care setting before training to become a Primary Teacher. She has had a variety of roles including being a Senior Leader at a Primary School, Curriculum Leader, School Governor and has also worked alongside the Local Authority and other schools to improve practice.

Jed Brown 

Lead Product Designer
Jed is the Lead Product Designer within the RM Resources Innovations team. After getting his BSc degree in product design, Jed began his design career within the construction, point of sale and consultancy industries before joining the education sector. Jed has designed dozens of educational resources, covering everything from robotics to the TTS Talking Frogs and is passionate about using design to create resources that help both teachers and learners alike.

Kamilla Jawed-Rogers 

Early Years NPD & Innovation Manager 
Kamilla is an Early Years New Product Development Manager, having studied for her Early Years Degree. She is an experienced practitioner having worked in a variety of settings, and as a former SENCO, Kamilla cares deeply about resources and inclusive practice.
Kamilla has worked of a range of resource projects which are designed to support and enhance children’s learning and development. These resources are used and enjoyed in learning environments from around the world. Kamilla works in partnership with advisors, manufacturers, designers, and practitioners to offer a truly affordable range.
