An Introduction to SOHAS:
Sheffield Occupational Health Advisory Service (SOHAS) is a charity based in Sheffield with over 40 years’ experience of supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. The charity has a team of specialist advisers, who offer confidential support and advice to anyone who lives or works in Sheffield and is struggling at work. SOHAS has pioneered offering workplace health advice integrated into a primary care setting.
