Meet Podcast Guest: Shardi Vaziri

Shardi Vaziri joins our host Ruth Lue-Quee on Series 6 of the TTS Talking Podcast to chat all things to do with Creating Inclusive Spaces in the Early Years. 

Shardi is an Early Years specialist, writer, and consultant with a particular passion for loose parts and sustainable provision. She writes blogs about all things Early Years, teaching, and classroom practice and provision. Currently an Early Years Adviser for one of the largest national providers of school improvement, she has previously held various leadership positions including Assistant Headteacher and Early Years Lead. Alongside this, she delivers training and support for schools, settings, and Local Authorities. 

Shardi is committed to the fundamental purpose of early years education and is passionate about curriculum and classroom design, where all children can take risks and develop skills important for them to succeed. She has a love of outdoor learning, and neutral and natural classrooms, which promote an inclusive environment as well as supporting mental health and wellbeing. With many years of experience as an Early Years teacher and leader in London, she is passionate about supporting other practitioners to become excellent Early Years Educators.
