Mike is the Founder of The Oracy Shift, an organisation aiming to put oracy at the heart of education. His work includes leading oracy CPD, thought leadership and writing on his passion.
He is currently Teaching & Learning Lead for Maritime Academy Trust and has experience teaching and leading from Nursery up to year 6. In his Trust role, Mike leads their ECT programme, CPD pathways and mentoring of leaders and teachers.
