Kate Moxley is a proud and passionate Early Years Consultant, Trainer, and Speaker specialising in wellbeing and mental health. 
 
Founder of the Wellness for All training company and a Mental Health First Aid England Instructor Member, she travels across the UK nurturing teams to develop mentally healthy working environments that improves outcomes for children. 
 
Kate combines her personal lived experience of mental health issues, her role as a Mental Health First England Instructor, and her educational background to deliver relatable high-quality training with a difference. 
 
Kate is dedicated to leading a new agenda to improve the mental health and wellbeing of the early years workforce. Her book, A Guide to Mental Health for Early Years Educators, amplifies the voices of educators to highlight the true meaning of wellbeing. One that incorporates inclusion and belonging, cultivating a deep culture of wellbeing.
