With over 20 years in the field, he has founded and led initiatives such as SEND Group and the Neurodiversity Show (formerly the Dyslexia Show), the UK’s leading exhibition dedicated to neurodiversity.
He has worked with organisations including the British Dyslexia Association, where he serves as vice-chair, and Microsoft, where he was a Dyslexia and SEND Consultant for education.
